Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@toondistrict.com. Note that returned items must be sent to the following address: Gammeltoft 13, 3790, Denmark.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the problem and resolve it.

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Period Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
